As you take a long deep breath, an emerald green doorway appears before you. Your name appears on the door, with the words ‘Healing Space.’ A golden key appears in your hand, allowing you to unlock the door, walking into a lush forest oasis.

The scent of tropical plants fill the air as you walk through to a leafy patch of forest.

There is a deep healing energy emanating from everything here, the flowers and plants seem to buzz with energy. A faint glow around the trees and flowers suggests to you that this forest is no ordinary place.
In the distance, a bright glow catches your eye as you wade through the dense growth of plants. As you touch them gently, the plants seem to come alive with your hand brushing past. You take delight in this subtle exchange of energy. It reminds you of your connection to nature.

Just up ahead is a protected area of the forest, surround by majestic trees and lush growth. You smell the fragrant steam rising from the natural hot spring ahead. As you approach the healing energy you detected earlier magnifies. This truly is the source of healing and rejuvenation. Even the warm water particles in the air tingle with restorative power as feel them on your face and hands.

Your skin feel taunt and radiant with the steam from the hot spring.
You feel comfortable to remove your clothes and shoes in this private part of the forest. And you allow yourself to ease into the soft warm water. It tingles as you lower your feet, legs and torso into the gloriously warm water. Your body glows as the water reacts to heal you. You feel all worries, fears and concerns leave your body. Like a deep cleansing tonic, it washes away your cares and anxieties, leaving you feeling purified and renewed. You watch in amazement as irritations on your skin and any surface abrasions disappear before your eyes. You relax, and allow this water to deeply penetrate your body.

As lay back and close your eyes to, you notice that you can feel the cells of your body rejuvenating. As you focus on an area of your body that is causing you pain, you can see the pure, bright water particles making contact with your cells. Restoring them from a dark murky colour to a bright, clear healthy glow. Like health giving soldiers, you send this healing energy to the parts of your body you would like to heal, and in doing so, this energy release all your emotional blocks releasing this pain.

For a moment, you are reminded an emotional pain in your past, that now just wash away. Dissolved and purified through the flow of the water.

I will leave you now for a couple of minutes to enjoy the powerful healing effects of this hot spring. You may either choose to focus on specific cells of your body, or allow the healing water to penetrate deep into your core, healing and restoring your deepest emotional centre.

It is time now to leave the hot spring.

As you step out, the water runs off your skin leaving behind nothing but the purest part of you, cleansed and fully revitalised. As you put your clothes back on, you feel you have washed away years of emotional blocks and added years to your life. You make a note to treat yourself to this hotspring, every now and then. After all, you hold the key.
